Technical Support
We provide indigenous groups with hands-on technical support and training at the local level.
Our support focuses primarily on three themes:
- Organizational management and leadership development
- Natural resource management and climate change
- Policy and legal support
We tailor our technical support to each of our partners – strategically focusing our resources on their needs and requests. Our support varies widely, including conducting training workshops, giving presentations on key topics at meetings and workshops, developing relevant training materials, analyzing technical documents, and organizing pro bono professionals to provide direct support.
We provide this support and training through our own staff as well as through a network we facilitate of other NGOs, consultants and pro bono professionals.
